I was one of them people who spoken to Doug Regarding this, I have only
just solved the issue. If people are still having this then, it is
recommended to reset the IE9 browser to default. To do this in Internet
Explorer 9, go to alt & T to the tools Menu, Up arrow key once to Internet
Options, you will get to series of tabs, the first one is general tab. To
switch between tabs use CTRL tab until you hear, Advance tab. Then you can
either Tab until you get to reset button or shortcut keys: alt and s, then
use alt and R to Reset. Once it is done, Tab to the close button if you are
using Jaws 12 at least then restart your IE 9 browser. You won't remove any
bookmarks or your homepage, But any temp Internet Files will be deleted.
Hope this will help you to use doug's scripts page, if more trouble then use
Firefox or IE8.

It has come to my attention that some people are experiencing
difficulties reaching my http://www.dlee.org/skype/ web site using
Internet Explorer version 9. The symptom is a blank screen rather
than a web page, so I'm told. If anyone knows more about what's
happening there, I'm all ears; but for now, anyone who can't seem to
get here using IE 9 should try another browser, like Firefox or IE 8
if available.
