When you're in your audio devices from the volume control and nothing is selected, right click and choose show all devices or show disabled devices. The wave out, stereo out or what you hear option should show up after you've done this. It works in Vista. I would see if you have a what you hear option. I fyou don't you kind of can't do anything about it. I have the same issue. no what you hear in my disabled option in my volume control so no more windows demos.
