I have both a headset which plugs into the headphone and microphone jacks on the computer and a wireless headset. The good thing about the wireless one is that it has very good sound quality, but the disadvantage is that you can't use it while it's charging. The wireless headset I have is a plantronix one, although I could be wrong on the spelling.
