Ok, SkypeWatch will only tell you who signs in and out from Skype and who
calls you, automatic announcement of incoming chat does not always work with
SW because Skype does not always report incoming message by a Windows alert,
or well-said it only does it for the first message, at least in biggest
part. If you also want always the automatic speaking of a chat message even
if you're not in that conversation, maybe SkypeTalking is the best solution.
