dear friend, for that purpose you need to firefox with webvisum tool,
because from now on everybody who wants to make new skype id, will have to
solve captcha at the end of that. So open your firefox go to skype.com then
signup give your full name your skype id your password confirm password your
email id and at the end of that you will findout cap solution there you will
have press ctrl alt 6 after the message just press ctrl+v and that's all.
