Hello Michele,
Thank you for suggestion on mood message. What's about my problem with hung
up and answer call ? When I receive the call I press alt + pageup it didn't
answer the call and when I try to hang up the call by press alt + pagedown
it didn't hung up the call either !! I went to hot key option setting I
check the box then save it and it's not working what do I need to do get
this working?

It's extended keyboard navigation. Check it by pressing enter on this menu
command, and the file menu voice should appear. With the scripts running,
you could also activate the moodtext box by pressing ctrl+m, but when you
activate the extended keyboard navigation it looks like you'll have to
restart Skype to make this script work properly.
