Hello Michele,
When I press alt + t for tool then I arrow up to option press enter ,then
it's say general setting 1 of 19 then I press the end key to go to the
bottom where it's say hot key ,then when I press tab key it's say enable
keyboard shortcuts check box not check then I press spacebar to check the
box then I press tab key there were 4 items in there were not check then I
press tab key to save button press spacebar.

You will have to check the hotkeys under Tools / options, then press end
key and you should land on hotkeys. Press tab and make sure the checkbox,
"Enable global hotkeys" is checked, then press tab and make sure the
checkboxes referred to the various commands are checked.
