Hi Kim. The following instructions should be valid regardless of the JAWS
version you're running, assuming you have the JAWS scripts for Skype
installed.
Select and enter the conversation window of the person sending you the file.
Now press Ctrl+5 to get to the list of messages in that conversation. Use
your up and down arrow keys to locate the message concerning the file
transfer and press Tab until you get to the Save button.
