Gee, I had a feeling that was the case, but every time I would hit the
number five and control, i got nothing.
I think I have it fixed; not sure but hofully .

I've sometimes seen it be necessary to try Ctrl+5 a couple of times
before it works, not sure why. But yes, it's the 5 above the letters,
not the 5 on the number pad.

Hi Kim. The following instructions should be valid regardless of
the JAWS version you're running, assuming you have the JAWS scripts
for Skype installed.
Select and enter the conversation window of the person sending you
the file. Now press Ctrl+5 to get to the list of messages in that
conversation. Use your up and down arrow keys to locate the message
concerning the file transfer and press Tab until you get to the Save
button.
