At what point did you see this message? I assume you mean this occurred while you were running the installer. Off the top of my head, I don't know what would have caused that. I do have a wild guess though: Maybe you have an "en" folder under Settings along with the normal "enu" folder, and the installer found it. If you know whether you have such a folder, and what's in it if anything, it might help if you could let me know that as well.
