When you log into Skype, tab until you hear it say Skype Home and it
gives you a sort of timeline of contacts and their mood messages but you
should see something that says if your using NVDA, it will show as the
following so I can't speak for other screen readers, so this is what I
see, and you have to click on this: You should see:

Hope this helps after you click on that you have to give skype
permission to grab your facebook details and have access to facebook.
