Hi,
I'm running windows 7, and this problem has happened with both skype 5, and
skype 6.
I will explain the problem, give solutions I've tried.
First, when skype started, there would be no audio from my microphone
through the soundvard, even though the mic was working correctly. hanging
up, and dialing another call and the problem would be fixed. It's annoying,
but livable. Now, it doesn't work no matter how times I make calls, there's
no audio from my microphone.
I used revoe uninstaller, and reinstalled skype.
With 5.x, nothing happened. In skype 6, it worked for a little while, but
then stoped working upon reboot.
Does anyone have any idea as to what I might be able to do? The devices are
set correctly, I've been using machines for years, and skype since the very
beginning.
