Hi all
i'm writing on behalf of a friend who is attempting to download the latest
jaws scripts for skype 6. she is running jaws 10 with windows 7.
she is following the steps of the installation wizard and gets as far as
uninstall her current version of jaws scripts. she then receives the
following message:
error code 1. installation of all jaws files has failed ok button.
is anyone able to advise on what this means and how she can overcome this
problem?
