Hello Salih!
Well just don't worry, you can perfectly use your skype with NVDA.
In fact NVDA that's the only screen reader I use for my dailly tasks
and works just fine for me.
Once you receive a incoming chat just find it's window and read it
normaly as usual w with your harrows.
After press shift tab till you find a place to type your chat.
Once you get used to it, you'll find it easy.
Of course don't forget to check everything on skype related to
accessibility.
