Hi! I still haven't yet tried to add a contact to Skype with version 6.1, but, if I really find it impossible, I can easily downgrade to Skype 6.0, as I download installers every time I upgrade a program, keeping them all and renaming the files if necessary so they don't over-write others in the folder where I keep them. I hope I won't have to downgrade, but that may be necessary if adding a new Skhype contact becomes inaccessible for me with Skype 6.1 and NVDA. Bye for now, and happy skyping! From Clare
