Hi bev If I read your mail correctly, you have received a contact request. You should simply be able to tab round until you see contact request. Hit enter and then tab to add to contacts.

JAWS users help this person out, I know I gave a very tiresome way of doing it, but confirming a request is really simple in that you tap enter on the contact request button then it should give you a list of people that are adding you to contacts on their side then you tab to the add to contacts button after selecting the username you wish to confirm and that is that after you tap enter on add to contacts.
