No, use another method:
1. press insert+v from within Skype;
2. go with down arrow to the option called "Skype Command key";
3. press spacebar, and when prompted type the key you want to be the new
Skype command key, it will be updated automatically;
4. in the spanish scripts package, include the Skype.ini file so modified.
