SkypeTalking is a piece of software which I am afraid is no longer been
developed since june 2010. Anyway it gives us notifications of signins,
signouts, status changes of your contacts, automatic reading of chat
messages, and other Skype stuff. It works with many known screen readers
such as JAWS, NVDA, Window Eyes and System Access.
