When I do a video call with my folks using my windows 7 hp laptop running
the newest version of Skype they can see me just fine but when they call
me and try to do a video call with me all they see is my picture. I spent
time today on the phone and on Skype with my Mom trying to figure this
out. they updated there webcam but I got them to un install the CIBER
link u webcam or something witch was a program that my nease and nephew
installed where you were able to make funny faces etc since I thought
that since there laptop already had a webcam that that might be the
