For the ctrl+1 issue I noticed it but I did not pay really attnention to
it and I don't know how to fix it.
For the chat issues, if it's a sort of advertisement on an html window,
you may need to add the string https://apps.skype.com in the restricted
sites on Internet options, in the security tab.
