Ok, ctrl+shift+d is a scripts command I think, and I am not sure it's
included in JAWS 15 built-in scripts.
Instead of pressing it, try going to the call menu and check the "Show
dialpad" item. Here try pressing some numeric keys.
If it does not work, you probably need to install Dougs scripts...
