Respected friend, I'm very much glad to know that your all issues have resolved. I have noticed that some of visually impaired people were very much persisting to use skype 3.8. Now microsoft has given you no way except using skype's latest version. In my point of view it is very bad aproach to be stuck some where and refuse to go from there until you use to be pushed by some one. In the world of technology you must be ready to learn new thing.
