I don't know of such a list of commands for using NVDA with Skype, but I
simply explored Skype to find what I needed, that's what I generally do
with programs, both familiar and unfamiliar.
Sorry if this isn't much help, but it's the best answer I can give right
now. Maybe someone else can give you more help with using Skype with NVDA,
as I admit that instructing people is definitely not one of my strong
points.

Actually, that reference to blind Skype users not wanting time stamps
is wrong, for non JAWS users anyway.
I haven't used the JAWS scripts for Skype for years, since I became a
full-time NVDA user, and I still get time stamps, but they don't
bother me at all. I don't suppose I'm the only one who feels like this.
I won't rant about unnecessary generalizations here, I just wanted to
say that this particular one isn't true for at least some of us.

Most of skype english users are traditionalists, that's why they were
against time stamps.
They must be thankful to Doug Lee.

Yes, you can now scrap the timestamps: Use F2 or the Insert+V
Verbosity Options dialog to turn that feature on and off.

I have not written the documentation yet for this update, and I do
consider it a beta although it should be stable, but ...
This update allows chat timestamps to be silenced, virtualizations
(on double Alt+numbers etc.) to work including links without
alignment errors, message statuses like "not delivered" and "edited"
to speak first as they once did, and several other things.
