Oh yeah, you read well the subject! Now the scripts for Skype 6.18 are
out of beta. We're now on revision 851, which fixes a problem in the
keyboard help mode which affected the help announcements for alt+numbers.
Being it a stable version, release notes and download link for the
installer can be found at the same place as always: www.dlee.org/skype
