In what context are you wanting a colon added? Currently, the sender
and message content are on separate lines, and the newline character
between them causes a pause in speech without announcing a punctuation
mark. In a virtualized message at least, this also separates the
sender from the content in Braille.

Hi,

is it possible to add a colon after announcing the sender e.g. "Ali Savas:"?
It would be better for Braille users.

Thanks
Ali
