Interesting... I never noticed the flash messages concatenate the
lines into one without any indicator.

I'll have to look at this when I can. I'm headed out for a Maryland
work engagement that covers the rest of this week in a few minutes
though. I prefer not to make the colon speak but also don't know a way
to make speech and Braille use different rules easily. A colon will
also be odd on action (/me) lines. I do understand the reason for your
request though, so it's worth a look.
