Thank you for your advice. I did not think of your idea. It was worth
trying. I did not think of it before because they usually went to my
documents. Anyway, I did the global search and the file was nowhere to be
found. I have no clue what happened to it.

if the file has been successfully saved, somewhere must be...
If you're using Windows 7, I recommend you to use the search box in the
start menu (unless you installed Classic Shell). But... You should
remember part of the filename of course! Hahahahahaha.
