hi eva firstly, if you know the name of the file you have saved, press the windows key and type that, or any word from it, in the search box and wait a few seconds. your file will then show up.
alternatively, when the file has downloaded: 1. route jaws to pc and locate save as. 2. left click (jaws key plus 8). 3. tab round, or shift tab backwards, to the list tree view and select the folder you whish to save the file in. 4. tab to save. 5. your Skype IM window will say something like: person x sent file ABC. file received link show in folder. 6. left click on show in folder. 7. arrow up or down to the relevant file. steve On 30/09/2014, Eva Abbas via Skypeenglish <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello Stephen, > > Thank you for your advice.
