Hi Sugar. Go to Tools/Options/General, then find the check box that says "When I double click or press Enter on a contact, start a call", then press the space bar to check it. Press Tab until you find the Save button, press Enter or space, and your changed setting should be saved. You should now be able to start a call by pressing Enter on a contact's name.
