Hi andy I think diana's list will be very good and will be requesting it myself. However, if you are downloading the scripts from doug lee's website, which i'd recommend, you can find a list of commands by pressing jaws key and the letter h.
I find the latest version of skype 6.21 works perfectly well with jaws 14 and 15. Sorry i can't help you with the android.
