I can't tell what's going on from the messages you sent, but maybe these questions will help.
1. You said you run Skype 6.2. The exact version number would help, especially since I think you mean 6.20 or 6.21 and since I see two very different versions of 6.21 out there. The full version number will have four parts separated by a dot. 2. What script revision are you running? 6.18 is a version number, but Ins+Q will end by telling you a revision number, which is a more precise identifier of what scripts you have. 3. Exactly what error message text are you hearing when you are being told the scripts are not valid? If it is a JAWS popup message with a beep that names a jsb file and says it can't load it, you'll need to run the installer again because you got a copy of the scripts compiled with a different JAWS version but installed into your current one. I have seen this one myself from time to time after doing a JAWS install and merge I think.
