6.9 is an old version of skype, not a script. If it is a JAWS popup message with a beep that names a jsb file and says it can't load it, you'll need to run the installer again because you got a copy of the scripts compiled with a different JAWS version but installed into your current one. I have seen this one myself from time to time after doing a JAWS install and merge I think.
