for Api simply talk about Skype Desktop API, I don't think it has
different names...
The Microsoft account was my mistake because I hurried up a bit so we're
not forced to have one, but my friend was incidentally on the Microsoft
account page instead of the Skype one.
Last but not least... Please also try telling them that with Skype 6.22
it's apparently impossible to accept file transfers, especially with a
screen reader running.
