Responding quickly as I have limited keyboard time today... APIs: The Skype Desktop API is what Clisk requires. It was officially end-of-lifed at the end of 2013 but still functions partially. The Skype DevKit is, I think, the name of the API Skypetalking uses. That one may no longer work at all.
