I again tried it out and undoubtedly works. why do you not try it for
yourself? This makes more sense to me than you arguing against
something you have not tried yourself.

Hello everyone.
Someone on this list said they were using the abandanware project
SkypeTalking with the latest Skype for Windows, version 6.22.
I downloaded it and installed it on my Windows8.1 desktop computer
yesterday.
I've got all my notifications on Skype setup correctly, like displaying
a note in the system tray when someone comes online and goes offline.
I've also got the sounds setup.
I have authorised SkypeTalking to work with Skype, but when I try to use
it its not alerting me at all.
Do I need to change anything or do I need to go back to an older Skype.
NVDA is not even reporting chat messages any more.
Anyway I look forward to any responses.
