If I promise to never make that mistake again could you or someone please save me now from myself? LOL Steve you were kind enough to give me a download link back to this older version for Skype: 6.21.0.104 How can I also find the retro scripts to make Jaws speak this version I currently have Jaws 16 on my machine but I would have no problem uninstalling that and going back to Jaws 14 which I was happy with until Skype changed recently and stopped working. But I do agree with you. I was very happily using Jaws 14 and It was working just fine with all my other programs until last week when Skype upgraded and I couldn't get it to work for me. I was told to upgrade to Jaws 16 which I did do and now my older reliable software that I have used for years isn't working right either. This is interfering with my ability to get my paying work done. How do I get an older version of Skype back on my machine? They are a large enough company that they could continue to support two versions. It wouldn't hurt them financially at all. I'm getting really sick of this. First it was GW Connect and now skype taking and we all have to be careful not to ungrade or we have to go through the whole process of uninstalling and reinstalling a previous version. Not sure what will hapen in the future. I need it for work and other things I am doing so I reverted back to an earlier version of skype. I could also use a sound editor but I don't want to use it for everything when recording.
