I had a similar problem, though in my case the focus moved to an unknown
field.
Please press insert+q from within Skype, and between all the info make
sure your revision number is 892. If it's lower, such as 886 or earlier,
go ahead and grab this one now from this link:
http://www.dlee.org/skype/jfw-skr622a.exe
The version is 622A, but it's ok to use it with Skype 7.0, and the
problem of "unknown field" should be fixed or at least improved in rev. 892.
