I fixed one instance of the focus issue last week and another quite some time back, but this weekend I think yet a third cause surfaced. Then I heard of a .102 Skype hotfix release, though I can't remember if it was 6.22.0.102 or 7.0.0.102. Either way, rumor has it that version itself addresses this focus issue within Skype itself.
