Not sure if my Skype scripts would be considered "ultra powerful"
lol... but in case this info is useful to you, here are a few things
they give you:

- Alt+numbers to check recent messages in a chat window.
- Alt+Left/Right/Home/End to move through messages and keep your place.
- Ctrl+1 for Contacts, Ctrl+2 for conversation list.
- Ctrl+3 for live calls if you have any.
- Ctrl+4 for the input box in an active chat window.
- Ctrl+Shift+A to list who is in a multiperson voice conference.
- Ctrl+Shift+S to say who is actually talking in a conference (does
not work on some high-DPI machines).
- F2 to turn on/off inclusion of timestamps when reading chat messages
(except where F2 edits a contact or conversation name in Skype
  itself).

   Hello all,
Ok, Im here with some good news, fingers crossed!
I am using windows 7 with jaws 16 and have finally gotten my Skype
running the way it was almost two weeks ago before I messed up and
accidently upgraded to the new version of Skype that fried my
   accessibility.
First many many thanks to many of you in this forum whose ideas and
thoughts and direct help would have not made my little victory today
   possible.

Here is what I did step by step:
I first used C Clean to remove Skype from my machine. I also saw on
the forum where someone also recommended Revo for complete removals so
Im guessing that will work also.

Then I think it was Steve who then gave me a direct download link to
the previous generation of Skype before the problems we all have been
plagued with started , which was:
   "SkypeSetupFull-6.21.0.104" Here is the link:
   [1]http://is.gd/WXpcPb
   I installed it no problem.

I went into Skype just to prove to me it was still not accessible and
that was the case as I expected it would be since I hadnt loaded any
   jaws Skype scripts.

Then I just installed the set of jaws scripts the forum had mentioned
   called:
   jfw-skr618a.exe
which I downloaded from one of the places recommended here on the
   forum.
   I installed that next.

Then I went back into Skype and had about 80% accessibility back before
I even configured jaws and Skype for full accessibility.

Then went into the Skype tools options menu and went all the way to the
bottom to check the accessibility setting and saved that.

Then I went into tools options again and just went through the list of
settings to make Skype the way I prefer it to be for the way I like to
   use it.
And low and behold I was a real Skype user again! LOL
Now I must also say to the Skype power users that that isnt who I was
to begin with since I havent been using Skype all that long and for all
that much social media contact, you may find that some of the oober
advanced features that I have seen some of you discussing in the forum
may not be back and of course I wouldnt know that until some day when I
   went to use them.
Hopefully between now and that day someone will write a set of ultra
powerful scripts for jaws! Well I can hope cant I? LOL
But for now I can take and make calls,
I can send and receive IMs and can read them either way.
Sending files as attachments or doing recordings of calls arent what I
ever did before so I cant speak to those issues with any personal
experience or authority but for now I am very pleased that I am at
least back where I was before all this started.
And again many many thanks to all you Good people who helped me get
   there.
   Mike, from SC

Ok, I found out what's going on there.
The Autoaccepting files is only available when Skype is set to
     always save
files on My Skype received files, otherwise you cannot.
     Bye!
