Microsoft doesn't offer the Skype Premium anymore.
I am wondering if just buying 5 EUR Skype credit will have the effect of
removing the adds.
Actually, unlike many sighted users, I am not interested in not seeing the
adds, but using a Skype version that doesn't have that "feature" at all.
I added a few MS hosts that provide the advertising in the hosts file to
block them, and I don't know what is displayed, but Skype still speaks
"advertisement".

Actually the only fix I know is to buy Skype premium.
I have my Premium from a coupon they gave out last year.

It is pretty annoying because it keeps saying "advertisement" when I open

new chat window. Do you know if there a fix for it?
Probably I'll try to mute it by using the dictionary. :)
