I don't see an obvious way for this to have happened, but here are a few questions in case they lead to a discovery of how this did happen:
1. Could you have entered credentials on a phone or other audible device while in a call with her, so she could hear this? Similarly if she is sighted, could you have enabled video sending and happened to enter that password while in view of your camera? 2. Did you ever share your screen with her during a call? If just a screen share, this doesn't matter for your current problem unless you also typed something sensitive in a visible field (of course, password fields are usually not visible in that way). 3. Did you ever allow her to control your computer, such as via JAWS Tandem, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, etc.? 4. Is your Facebook password easy to guess, similar or identical to a password she could have known, similar to a login ID you use, etc.? 5. Did you download any file from her, visit a link she gave you, receive an email from her containing a link or attachment, etc.? I'm pretty sure you thought of most of these already, so my apologies for running over familiar ground.
