Hi Charles It really doesn't make any difference whether you remove her or not as you say she has blocked you, but for peace of mind, it won't do you any harm to block and remove anyone you think is causing you hassle.
In regards facebook, go through the process of "forgotten password" and create a newer and safer one. That is about all you can do.
