Hi my skype just updated looked on programs and features and it says skype 7.0
installed on 1/24.2015 it must be an hour ago or so when skype updated.
shen’t not showing accessibility or hot keys at all. her skype should have
updated recently.

That would be extremely unusual. Even with all the failings of skype version 7.
You have two options i’d say.
Firstly, get your friend to uninstall skype and download again.
Secondly, take the easy route and revert back to version 6.22 or earlier.
The problem with that, though only minor in my opinion, is they will regularly
be told updates are available but you simply click on not now.

think she’s got current skype. jaws 15 I think not sure. that is the problem
the hot keys choice isn’t even there nore is accesibility. it’s not even in
the choices.

A few questions you might like to address.
1. which version of skype is your friend running?
2. Do they have the relevant scripts installed?
3. Which version of jaws are they running?
4. Do they have hot keys enabled?

Hi list a blind friend doesn’t show all the options in her skype settings. her
accessibility her hot keys and all that doesn’t even appear in her options
menue. want to get her skype setting right so she can use it to call on it.
any ideas why skype setting aren’t all showing. sh’e both arrowed and used the
end key there is no set up hot keys choice and not enable accesssibility.
