Hey Diana,
you possibly refer to the adding of https://apps.skype.com on the
Internet options under restricted sites. If you're using
Skype-to-Facebook though, I do not recommend you to use that method
because it will generate issues in this particular function. I never had
adds myself by the way, but possibly it's because I have SkypeOut credit.
