Hello,
When I am logged in to Skype and I get a incoming call I am having trouble answering it via voice or video. When I do an alt A it says the answer alt plus page up is unavailable. I think the issue is that I have to focus on the incoming window? I have tried to alt tab quickly while I am on the call to try to find the call but this is hard to do as the call is ringing. I am using jaws 15. Thanks in advance for any assistance. John
