No.
In the newer version of skype, in my case, 7.0.0.102, JAWS doesn't show any
way to accept files, and there's no guarantee as to where it lands, even if
you have the automatically accept files option checked.

Skype fixed that internally in 6.22 if I remember right. Should work
in that or any later version so far.
