I'll next need the exact message you are hearing, so I can find it in the code to identify what is happening on your machine. Also make sure you are trying this against Skype 7.1 or 7.2, because the 892 and 893 scripts may not work well with older Skype versions. (They do work with some 6.x Skype versions, but I am avoiding some confusion by asking for a 7.x version here.)
Please let me know if there is anything unusual about your installation of Windows also. I have received a few reports over the years of people running cracked or modified Windows versions, where it turned out the Microsoft Active Accessibility (MSAA) implementation was broken. That can break scripts, and not just Skype scripts. Finally, and my apologies for being thorough at the expense of perhaps looking like I'm questioning you a bit :-), but make sure when you say "it's 692" that you mean Insert+Q actually says that, not just that you downloaded that. Insert+Q identifies what is physically running at the time.
