I have windows 7 & 8.1 with the latest Jaws installed, my question is when I
make a Skype call by using the telephone keypad I choose the country in
which it is USA, so when I have to put in a extension # I hold down the
shift & control key and press the D key at the same time and I can dial my
password for my home phone this will not work for me, what am I doing wrong?
What is the command key for this?

You are on the right list. The reason you might not receive an answer is
because no one has one to your questions. Be patient. no answer is better
then 300 I don't knows. it also helps get list traffic organised.
