so you dial the number and try and enter in a pin when prompted. If this does not work your skype might not be producing long enough DTMF tones for your system. I am not sure if this can be fixed, believe not there's not much you can do regarding this issue. I'd contact the skype community forms as you might get more helpful hints there on what to do. the skype team are also looking in to the forms as well.
