Hi I use skype for my phone calls, on my laptop, when I do a search for say sally it just shows a button search skype, I have 2 sally's in my contact list, it won't show them, not sure how to fix this? It only shows a few skype contacts, those who are on-line. I am using the latest version of skype, I am using nvda, latest versions, also latest window eyes, the same result with both screen readers, the problem is obviously with skype itself, I have tried removing skype and reinstalling it and doing a scandisk. It doesn't make any difference. I can access my contacts through skype talking. This is very odd. I am using windows 7 pro. I have just tried to do another search on skype, I typed in dave and it found that ok but when I typed in sally it wouldn't show them even though they show clearly in skype talking, also I tried Microsoft support it found that but I am still not able to access my entire contacts list. Any ideas please?
